Our Style & Approach
Our background in travel, anthropology and documentary-style work means we approach commercial projects with a more observational eye — focusing on light, place and real interaction. Whether we are photographing a business, an event or a location, the starting point is always the same: what does this place feel like, and how do people experience it? The aim is to create imagery that feels specific — not generic — and rooted in its environment or experience.
Working together
Based in Kendal in North of England, we regularly work across Cumbria, Yorkshire, Lancashire and beyond but with a particular focus on the Lake District and surrounding areas. We regularly work with local businesses and brands across the Northwest to create a bank of imagery – both still and video – that can be used within:
- Social media content (Instagram, website updates, campaigns)
- Brand storytelling and behind-the-scenes visuals
- Website and e-commerce imagery
- Marketing materials and press features
- Ongoing content for seasonal or campaign-based launches

Lifestyle, Event & Commercial Photography Highlights
This is a small selection of imagery taken during commissions and personal projects. These include paddling the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, on the road in China with Kendal Mountain Film Festival, Lakes Comic Art Festival (LCAF) andAnti-Racist Cumbria event photography, garden design, corporate headshots, Canadian canoe tripping and architectural and interior imagery. We use high quality Sony Alpha a7R V cameras for all our shoots.
