A clients needs vary and sometimes an empty freshly designed space is required whilst oat other times it’s useful to see a building more alive and flowing with people. I’ve worked with marketing and placemaking agencies who need to showcase the people and businesses within properties or neighbourhoods.  We can discuss the perfect schedule for your needs be that a vibrant busy neighbourhood during midday or a golden hour evening shoot highlighting beautiful lighting.

Maia Media has worked with a range of agencies and businesses to fulfil commercial photography and film imagery requirements. Documenting whole builds from architectural concepts, the construction phase and through to the final launch but often I arrive to capture a beautiful final setting.

Working with garden designers, landscape architects and property owners we create imagery that might include:

• wider views that show layout, flow and relationship to the surrounding landscape
• details of planting, texture and material
• how a space is used — quietly, naturally, without staging
• seasonal or time-based coverage to show how a garden evolves

The aim is to create a set of images (or film) that feel cohesive, and that can be used across portfolios, submissions, editorial features and digital platforms.

Locations

I am based in Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District in Kendal and I work throughout the North of England in Cumbria, Yorkshire, Lancashire and Greater Manchester but travel throughout the UK especially London.
